Clean bill of health?
An IT Health Check (ITHC) is a common framework organisations use to provide assurance that the external systems are protected from unauthorised access or change, and they do not provide an unauthorised entry point into systems that consume regulated services such as PCI or PSN.
The internal systems should be tested to provide further assurance that no significant weaknesses exist on network infrastructure or individual systems that could allow one internal device to intentionally or unintentionally impact on the security of another.
Getting the scope of an ITHC right is one of the most important aspects in ensuring that the ITHC is a worthwhile exercise and provides the correct level of assurance.
Proven and trusted.
We have developed a proven ITHC process, born from many years of delivering these services in the public and private sector. Our service blends vulnerability assessment of both external and internal systems, with predetermined configuration checks for compliance against standards such as PSN, PCI and Cyber Essentials.
The output of the service is a succinct report highlighting specific vulnerabilities with CVSS base scores, areas of non-compliance and recommended remediation steps. We include free re-tests and take a flexible approach to ensure a successful outcome.
